Part of the amphitheatre at Red Rocks..This was halfway between the stage on the right and the top of the theatre way up on the left!! I have to admit that I had to take several rest stops going up and down these stairs. Jan 24, 2018. 🚶📷
_marisol: Really cool wide angle shot! Love the curved line of stairs, or actually they are seats of audience. Are you now on the trip or at home? Either way have a great weekend Al 😃💜🙋

_marisol: Aah, you're at home, that explains the snow. Never been in Mexico city, it's a huge place as you know. What I've heard about it, even up to 30-40% of taxi drivers are a potentially robber, if you speak Spanish everything will be much easier for you. This taxi thing I read in Tripadviser, I have no proof but certainly you must be careful like in any big city in the world. Historic center is absolutely worth a visit. Wish you a wonderful and safe trip 😄 I'll be overjoyed to see your photos from there but first it's my turn to post pics of abroad 😁

"I love my country and I am very proud to be Chilanga🙌, like all big cities, there is insecurity and Mexico is very different from Venezuela😉, taxis of all kinds are safe and insecure , you find everything here, private taxis and Uber, I will give you many tips😉, you and I will talk about this incredible trip👍ok

_marisol: Yeah, certainly Venezuela is a bit different thing, we national taxis because of safety. Just read about our Foreign Ministry website that taxi robberies are common. They recommend to use only a so called sitio taxi or radio taxi, uber is not recommended. Make sure that there's a meter in the taxi, otherwise make a deal with the driver. Change money only in small batches. If use ATM, be careful. The problem is pirate taxis. you might even get beaten. All of this I read on our Foreign Ministry site. You should read yours too. Just wanna have you back unharmed 💜

_marisol: Sorry, uber is ok. You can also use peseros, which are minibuses, though sometimes they have also robbed.
