charmychelle: Many thanks again dear Pini, the town centre is not too big but it’s still nice, and I love the blue and white colours together. πŸ˜ŠπŸ’™

charmychelle: Many thanks, as ever, David! This is quite a bittersweet photo for me to look at as although the lights look beautiful, the β€œTo Let” signs are a reminder of reality... on the plus side (or not, opinions vary! πŸ˜…) there is a Wetherspoons on the left and someone who you know might have visited there on occasion (in fact she was there that evening, eating a Christmas dinner! πŸ˜…) Glad you like it, have a great evening (it’s raining here!) xxx

hogman72664: To be fair to Wetherspoons they do a great job of saving our classic buildings. Our Corn Exchange is a prime example, but my favourite is in Ramsgate. Try a search for it, it is impressive and surprising. It's the largest and has a capacity to hold 1400 people. Hope you enjoyed the nosh :):)xx

charmychelle: So I’ve seen, WoW!! 😯 You’re right about them doing a great job of saving classic buildings, our Picture House used to be the cinema when my dad was a kid. On the left is our second Wetherspoons, The Butler’s Bell, which is smaller but cosy, really has a nice atmosphere. And yes, the food was great! xxx πŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒ

charmychelle: Haha good question! I actually took this shot at around 7pm and most of our stores close either at 5:30 or 6pm. Obviously the restos were still open so I guess that a lot of them were there; it was a cold night. There’s a pub on the left where I had my dinner before going home! πŸ˜„ Glad you like the shot, have a great evening! Oh, I used my kit lens for both this one and the tree shot, the 35mm would have taken me too close!
